Working Student Customer Onboarding (m/f/d)

Cryptory GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, is a modern educational platform focused on trading and strategic investment in digital currencies, precious metals, and other asset classes.

Our quality management is TÜV-certified according to ISO 9001. We currently support between 500 and 1,000 customers concurrently in building well-founded knowledge and better understanding the financial markets.

To ensure our new members have a clear overview from the start and feel well taken care of, we are looking for support in customer onboarding.

Tasks

• You will conduct personal online onboarding sessions with our new customers via video call.

• You will explain in an understandable and structured manner how our learning platform and its associated areas work.

• You will show customers which content, live calls, and offers are available to them.

• You will introduce the respective contact persons and explain who customers can turn to for different questions.

• You will answer initial organizational and technical questions.

• You will ensure that every customer receives a professional, personal, and smooth start at Cryptory.

• You will reliably document the conducted onboarding sessions in our systems.

Qualification

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university.

• You enjoy communicating with people and present yourself in a friendly, open, and professional manner.

• You can explain processes in an understandable and patient way.

• You work reliably, organized, and independently.

• You are comfortable using digital platforms, video calls, and online tools.

• You possess very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• You have a fundamental interest in financial markets and economic topics.

Important: You do not need prior knowledge in trading, Bitcoin, or cryptocurrencies. We will teach you all the necessary content and processes during a structured onboarding.
