Student Assistant Communication Design (m/w/d) 15-20 hours/Week

With around 70 employees at our performance centers in Eschborn & Hannover, we take care of all back-office topics related to sales support, processing, and IT for our customers.

We offer our partners a holistic product portfolio: insurance, investments, financing, real estate, assets, and more. Our highly qualified experts fully support financial advisors without any dependencies.

Tasks

• Integration into various communication and design projects in the daily project routine of a young, collegiate team with short coordination paths.
• Work according to existing design and brand guidelines as well as insights into their further development.
• Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers.
• Insights into processes, project workflows, coordination, and customer conversations.
• Gradual assumption of responsibility – with room for learning, asking questions, and developing further.

You will gain insights into communication design at all relevant touchpoints in marketing and learn how design works together with customers, team, and external partners.

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of Communication Design, Graphic Design, Media Design or comparable.
• Interest in design, brands, and visual communication.
• First experiences with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) are advantageous but not a must.
• Knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
• Structured, reliable working style and joy in learning new things.
• Teamwork ability, openness, and curiosity.
• Very good German language skills (C1).
