To further develop our brand ALRIGHTY Coffee, we are looking for a creative, structured and hands-on working person in the field of Kommunikationsdesign, Content und Brand Creation – as Werkstudent/in or part-time. You will support us in developing and further expanding our visual and content-based brand presence and bringing creative ideas to life for our B2C- and B2B-communication.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Design and further development of Creative Designs for ALRIGHTY Coffee as well as for our B2B-partners
• Development and further continuation of Packaging Designs and product-related design elements
• Concept, planning and implementation of Social-Media-Content and creative Content Formats
• Concept and production of Photo- and Video-Content for our brand
• Appearance in front of the camera for Social Media, campaigns and content formats
• Creation of digital advertising materials for Website, Newsletter, E-Mail-Marketing, Social Media and campaigns
• Design of POS-materials and other communication tools for trade, events and promotions
• Writing texts for Website, Social Media, Newsletter and other marketing measures
• Support in developing our visual brand presence and a consistent Brand Identity
• Participation in campaigns, product launches, cooperations and creative marketing measures
• Support in the area of Webdesign and further development of digital brand presences

Qualifikation

Our expectations

• Ongoing studies or completed training in the field of Kommunikationsdesign, Grafikdesign, Mediendesign or a comparable field
• Sure sense for design, aesthetics, brand communication and visual storytelling
• Experience in creating content, layouts and creative communication materials
• Very good knowledge of common design and content tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
• Experience with video tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or comparable programs
• Basic understanding or interest in the area of Webdesign
• Pleasure in developing ideas independently and operationally implementing them
• Affinity to Social Media, digital trends and modern brand worlds
• Interest in photography, videography and moving image content
• Affinity for coffee and ideally interest in brands, products and enjoyment worlds
• Self-reliant, structured and reliable working style
• Openness to being seen on camera and actively shaping the brand
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills a plus
