Your role

You actively support how GUTEMARKEN communicates with employees, media, customers, and partners. You move at the interface of communication, marketing, PR, and social media and bring your ideas into different projects and formats. You work creatively, organized, and digitally savvy? Content & Communication

• Maintenance and care of our website
• Support in photo and video recordings
• Care and dispatch of newsletters
• Creation of presentations and communication materials

Project support

• Support in planning and implementing campaigns and events
• Participation in internal and external communication projects

Media monitoring & research

• Observation and analysis of reports in online media, print media, and social networks
• Creation of reports and overviews
• Research on current trends and relevant topics

Social Media & Digital

• Creation of content and postings for platforms like LinkedIn
• Support in community management
• Participation in the further development of our digital brand communication

Qualification

Your profile

Experience & Competence

• Studies in the field of Communication Sciences, Media, Marketing, Business Administration or comparable study programs
• First experiences in marketing, PR, or social media are an advantage

Persönlichkeit

• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-responsibility
• Outstanding final strength and negotiation security
• Sovereign appearance on decision-maker level

Work style

• Structured, data-driven approach
• High self-motivation and hands-on mentality

Languages

• Very good German and English skills
• Additional languages are a plus
