Working Student Customer Contact

As a working student in customer contact at Zonneplan, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling about their energy contract, switching providers, or invoices. You will help people quickly and friendly, close energy contracts on the sales line, and ensure that no question goes unanswered. You work a minimum of 13 hours per week and receive €16.00 gross per hour.

You will work in an informal, driven sales team where hard work and fun go hand in hand. During invoicing periods, you will step in to prevent wait times from increasing, and you will actively share customer insights to improve processes.

• You help customers quickly and effectively. You answer incoming questions about energy contracts, rates, switching, and invoices. You provide clear explanations, resolve simple service issues, and ensure that every caller hangs up feeling good.
• You close energy contracts. On the sales line, you assist potential customers who prefer to be informed by phone. You conduct the conversation, answer questions, and close the deal. This way, you make a direct commercial contribution to the team.
• You handle peak loads and maintain service levels. It gets particularly busy during invoicing periods. You will then pick up tickets, call customers back, and ensure that wait times do not increase.
• You identify areas for improvement. During conversations, you hear what customers are struggling with. You actively share these insights with the team so that processes and tools can be improved.

• You are an MBO+ or HBO student.
• You communicate clearly and friendly on the phone and feel comfortable in conversations with a diverse range of customers.
• You can easily switch between different types of questions and keep a cool head when it gets busy.
• You work accurately, follow processes, and pay attention to details in administrative processing.

• A compensation of €16.00 gross per hour based on a working student contract.
