AI Student Assistant

As an AI Student Assistant (m/w/d) in the IT & AI department, you will support the introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot, assist users in using new KI technologies, and develop intelligent automations with Copilot Studio. Experience with workflow tools like Copilot Studio, n8n, or Make is a plus.

Tasks

• Introduction and user support for Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Development of own KI agents and automation solutions with Copilot Studio (main focus)
• Analyzing and preparing data for data-driven decision-making
• Automating business processes with KI and workflow technologies
• Supporting adoption and change management measures around KI applications
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and user support
• Evaluating new KI use cases and creating prototypes

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable program
• First-hand practical experience or comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of business processes, data structures, and their automation
• High IT affinity and interest in artificial intelligence and new technologies
• Structured and independent working style, as well as enjoyment of collaboration with users
• Communication skills and pleasure in explaining new technologies to others
