IT Systemhaus (m/w/d) Intern

We are an IT Systemhaus from Munich. Our claim is simple. At the end of the day, IT should function reliably and be a relief.
Our customers do not often commission us for individual tasks, but for Managed Services. This means: We operate, manage, and maintain their IT mostly comprehensively.

This includes, among other things:
- IT Infrastructure and Networks
- Mail Systems and Collaboration, e.g., based on Microsoft365 or Collabora
- Firewalls, Cyber-Security, and Access Models
- Workplaces & End Devices
- Online Shops & CRM Systems and API Interfaces

We take responsibility for our customers' IT. For over ten years now. With customers all over Germany, as well as occasionally in Austria and Switzerland. Small team. Flat hierarchies. Much self-responsibility.

Tasks

As an intern, you will take on your own topics and small projects. Sometimes these are technical tasks & IT support activities. Sometimes organizational or conceptual micro-projects.

Typical examples:
- Supporting IT Support and customer inquiries
- Contributing to networks, mail systems, firewalls, and end devices
- Preparing and implementing small IT projects
- Documentation and further development of existing solutions

Thinking ahead. Shaping things. Improving them
You work independently. You prioritize your topics. And you learn something new every day.

Qualification

What you should bring with you:
- You are studying Computer Science, Business Informatics or something similar
- You enjoy IT, technology, and digital connections
- You work independently and actively drive things forward
- You can explain complex topics calmly and clearly
- You have a desire to take responsibility

Nice to have, but not a must:
- Driving license class B, especially if you're in Munich
- First experience with networks, systems or IT support

How and where you work:
- Ideally, you are in Munich or the surrounding area
- Remote work is also possible

Working hours are flexible and well compatible with your studies
