Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

Are you a problem solver and enjoy helping colleagues quickly and pragmatically with technical questions? As a Working Student IT Support (m/f/d), you will support our IT Infrastructure Team in 1st and 2nd level support and help ensure that our daily work runs smoothly. You will work closely with the team and provide support in both daily business and optimizations related to Microsoft 365 and our in-house infrastructure.

• First point of contact: You will support colleagues in first-level support for Windows clients, macOS, printers, MS Office, and common application programs, and you will process support requests in a structured manner until resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Onboarding Support: You will support the Helpdesk Team with the onboarding of new employees, set up PC workstations, and ensure that equipment is available on time and ready for use.
• Workplace Checks: You will check IT workstations for functionality, assist with error analysis, and help implement standards for stable everyday setups.
• Process and Infrastructure: You will support projects for process and infrastructure optimization and contribute to topics such as stability, user satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Work Model: You will work primarily on-site in our office in Düsseldorf and ideally come to the office 2 to 3 times per week.

• Enrollment: You are enrolled at a university.
• IT Fundamentals: You have advanced basic knowledge of IT systems and ideally have experience in setting up and commissioning PC workstations with Windows 11 and macOS.
• Peripherals Setup: You are familiar with the setup and operation of printers and scanners and approach malfunctions in a structured manner.
• Office Know-how: You have basic knowledge of common office applications.
• Languages: You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and have good English skills.
