IT Support Student (m/w/d)

We from the internal IT team are looking for a student in Technical Support for, among other things, hardware provisioning as well as 1st Level Support. You will help our colleagues, whether developers or cooks, solve problems regarding the IT infrastructure and keep the systems up to date. Besides deep insights into all IT processes, you can also expect a relaxed working atmosphere, plenty of flexibility, a good learning culture, and a great team!

Tasks

• You are responsible for hardware provisioning (macOS and Windows)
• You work in 1st Level Support and user management
• You gain deep insights into all IT processes and services
• You work with the IT infrastructure, networking, automation (CI/CD pipelines) and IT security

Qualification

• Enrollment in an informatics or comparable study program, as well as time and enthusiasm to support our team with approximately 20 hours per week
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• A secure, friendly, and patient demeanor towards colleagues and service providers
• A communicative personality
• A pragmatic approach and structured work
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
