Tasks

Operation with foresight: You actively support our team in administering IAM systems and gain practical insights into the stable operation of modern IT infrastructures.

Support with structure: You process solution-oriented tickets in the IAM environment, perform standard processes such as password resets and role assignments, and document workflows transparently.

Analysis with system: You help analyze disruptions, support the forwarding of complex topics to the 3rd-level team, and work on monitoring and backup controls.

Further development with future-oriented thinking: You participate in small process and system optimizations and learn how IT systems can be efficiently controlled and continuously improved.

Qualification

  • A running study of economics or one of the MINT subjects
  • Interest in IT and IT security (preferably with a focus on IAM)
  • Eigenverantwortliche and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Team spirit and empathy for a valuing and family-like togetherness in our dynamic team

Nice-to-have: Basic knowledge of LDAP · Active Directory · Azure AD (Entra ID) · Understanding of user lifecycles · Approval workflows · Experience with service management tools (e.g. Jira) · Basic knowledge of MFA · SSO · Kerberos · Knowledge in ITIL
