Support us in our IT operations for small and medium-sized enterprises!
Tasks
- Set up users & devices (Microsoft 365, Windows)
- Activate security functions (MFA)
- Roll out standard apps & policies
- Edit tickets (standard cases)
- Maintain documentation & checklists
Qualification
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 & Windows
- Interest in IT processes
- Structured, reliable work style
Framework: 15-20 hours/week, remote possible, clear processes, no 24/7 support
