• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Supporting the operation of the system and network infrastructure
• Assisting with software rollouts and updates
• Documentation of IT processes and implementation of process improvementsActive participation on exciting projects

Qualification

• Very good knowledge of German (C1-Level)
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems and client-server architectures
• Basic knowledge of network architecture
• Understanding of LAN/WLAN infrastructures, firewalls, VPNs, and network security
• Knowledge of user, access rights, and device management
• Basic understanding of virtualization and/or cloud environments
• Confident handling of hardware, operating system installations, and IT ticket systems
• Service-oriented, independent working style and good communication skills
