What awaits you:

• Asset Management: You build up and maintain our IT inventory – end devices, peripherals, licenses, and device assignments always in view

• MDM: You administer and consolidate our Mobile-Device-Management environment – from enrollment and configuration to lifecycle management of notebooks and mobile devices

• Onboarding: You prepare new end devices standardized for our employees – app deployment, enrollment, handover process

• IT Procurement: You handle hardware orders based on defined device configurations

• Cloud Migration: You support the structured migration of our file server storage to Microsoft SharePoint – including coordination with departments

• 1st-Level-Support: You process incidents from restaurants and administration – from connectivity and peripherals over M365 configuration to printers and Outlook

• Rollouts & Site Projects: You support technically in setting up new IT infrastructure for sites – WLAN infrastructure, access points, connectivity solutions

You bring with you:

• Studies: You are enrolled in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study

• Microsoft Know-how: You move confidently in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 – including SharePoint and Teams

• MDM Experience: First-hand experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Central or similar platforms is a plus

• Network Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN, DHCP, and DNS – desirable, not required

• Workstyle: Structured, responsible, and with genuine service orientation – you get involved when something is needed
