Working Student IT (m/f/d)

At BA Logistics, the logistics center of benuta, we not only drive operational logistics but also take the entire digital infrastructure to the next level. Our IT & Digital Office team designs and implements systems that enable efficient, transparent, and seamless collaboration. We create the technological foundation so that processes run automatically and our teams are best supported.

Your Tasks

• You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software

• Something not working? As 1st Level Support, you keep the company running

• You will set up new user accounts and assign permissions

• You will create and maintain IT documentation

What You Bring

• You are studying IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study

• You have at least 15-20 hours per week available to actively support our team

• You love digital tools and are eager to actively optimize processes

• You can communicate complex issues simply and engagingly – whether by email or in person

• You work conscientiously with confidential data while having the energy to proactively improve things

• You speak German and English very well

• You are a team player, reliable, and curious
