At BA Logistics, the logistics center of benuta, we're not just operating logistics, but also developing the entire digital infrastructure to the next level. Our IT & Digital Office Team designs and implements systems that enable efficient, transparent, and seamless collaboration. We create the technological basis for processes to run automatically and our teams to be supported optimally.

Your Tasks

• You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

• Something's not working? As 1st Level Support, you'll keep the company running!

• You set up new user accounts and assign permissions.

• You create and maintain IT documentation.

You bring

• You're studying IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable program.

• You have at least 15-20 hours per week to support our team actively.

• You love digital tools and enjoy optimizing processes proactively.

• You can explain complex issues simply and sympathetically – whether via email or personally.

• You work conscientiously with confidential data and bring the energy to improve things proactively.

• You speak very good German and English.

• You're team-oriented, reliable, and curious.
