At BA Logistics, the logistics center of benuta, we're not just driving operational logistics, but also the entire digital infrastructure to the next level. Our IT & Digital Office Team designs and implements systems that enable efficient, transparent, and seamless collaboration. We create the technological basis for processes to run automatically and our teams to be supported optimally.

Your Tasks

• You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Something's not working? As 1st Level Support, you keep the company running.
• You set up new user accounts and assign permissions.
• You create and maintain IT documentation.

Job Requirements

What You Bring

• You're studying IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable program.
• You have at least 15-20 hours per week to support our team actively.
• You love digital tools and are eager to optimize processes proactively.
• You can explain complex matters simply and sympathetically – whether by email or personally.
• You work conscientiously with confidential data and bring the energy to improve things proactively.
• You speak very good German and English.
• You're team-oriented, reliable, and curious.
