IT & Coordination Student (m/w/d)

You're studying and want to gain real practice in an IT service provider – instead of just brewing coffee?

We'll give you meaningful tasks from day one and teach you how a professional IT service works in the mid-sized company. We support around 100 companies in NRW and work with modern tools (Microsoft 365, Intune, HaloPSA).

You'll support our team and management where hands-on and clear thinking are needed.

Tasks

• Preliminary qualification and coordination of tickets in our service system
• Maintenance and building of documentation and knowledge database
• Research on technical topics, products, and licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365)
• Support for preparing offers and projects
• General coordinating and organizational support

Qualification

• Ongoing study with IT relevance or strong technical interest
• High learning readiness and self-initiative
• Structured, meticulous working style
• Safe handling of the PC; initial contact with Microsoft 365 is a plus
• Good German language skills
