As a Working Student IT & AI (m/f/d), you will support us in further driving the use of modern technologies in our corporate group. From Microsoft 365 and Copilot to digital processes and automation, you will work on topics that sustainably improve the daily work of our employees. You will get to know various IT topics, work on concrete projects, and can gradually take on your own responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 & Digital Collaboration: You will support the administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment and help make digital work processes simpler, more efficient, and user-friendly. You will get to know modern applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive and support their use in daily business.
• AI & Microsoft Copilot: You will try out new AI tools, support the introduction and use of Microsoft Copilot, and identify concrete use cases that make the daily work of our teams easier. You will analyze existing processes, develop ideas for AI-supported solutions together with the team, and help to open up new possibilities for the sensible use of artificial intelligence in our corporate group.
• IT Support in Daily Operations: You will support our employees and partner companies with technical questions and contribute to providing reliable and efficient digital workplaces. You will get to know different requirements and systems and continuously develop your technical knowledge.
• User and Device Management: You will participate in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and end devices, as well as in the provision of hardware and software. You will gain insights into modern cloud and identity management solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• IT Projects & Process Optimization: You will work on concrete IT, digitalization, and automation projects, contribute your own ideas, and help to accompany new solutions from the initial idea to implementation. This includes, for example, optimizing existing workflows, introducing new digital tools, and developing AI-supported processes.
• Documentation & Knowledge Building: You will document solutions and processes in an understandable way and contribute to making IT knowledge accessible within the team and the corporate group. You will learn to structure technical contexts and convey knowledge clearly.

Competencies and Experience

• Studies with IT Relevance: You are at least in your 4th semester of studies, ideally in computer science, business informatics, IT management, or a comparable degree program, and have already gained initial practical experience. Most importantly, we value your enthusiasm for IT, digital tools, and AI.
• Strong AI Affinity: You follow current developments in artificial intelligence, enjoy trying out new tools, and are keen to find out how new technologies can be usefully applied in daily work.
• Microsoft 365 Interest: You have initial experience with Microsoft 365 or are motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications, admin interfaces, and digital collaboration tools.
• Basic Technical Understanding: You enjoy IT topics, quickly grasp technical contexts, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems. You approach unknown questions with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Service Orientation & Team Spirit: You communicate in a friendly and understandable manner, work meticulously, and enjoy supporting colleagues with digital challenges.
• Reliability & Initiative: You work in a structured and reliable manner, think ahead, and contribute your own ideas. You are eager to try new things, delve into various topics, and increasingly take responsibility for your tasks.
