Working Student Influencer Marketing & Affiliate (m/f/d)

Our affiliate program is growing, and you'll ensure it runs smoothly. In the Influencer Marketing & Affiliate team, you'll manage partnerships in day-to-day business, build efficient workflows, and help to sustainably expand the reach and performance of our brand. You will also support the expansion of our creator network and smaller influencer collaborations.

• You keep an eye on our growing affiliate portfolio. With efficient, automated workflows, you ensure that all partnerships are optimally managed.

• The screening of new affiliate applications, the setup of partnerships in our systems (including GoAffPro), and clean, up-to-date data are your responsibility.

• As the first point of contact for our affiliates, you will maintain regular contact via email and independently handle ongoing concerns.

• Creating discount codes, correct tracking, and clean assignment of our affiliates are also part of your area of responsibility.

• You will search for new affiliate influencers and support the management of smaller creators and cooperation partners.

• In addition, you will pitch in on creative projects and organizational tasks within the team and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve processes.

• You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in a marketing field.

• You have an interest in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing, ideally with some initial experience.

• You are comfortable with numbers and details and are proficient in using Google Sheets.

• You ideally already know tools like Asana, Notion, and Gmail, and you can quickly learn new systems.

• Even with many tasks at once, you work in a structured and independent manner, keep an eye on deadlines, and proactively address open issues.

• You communicate quickly, friendly, and professionally with affiliates, influencers, and cooperation partners.
