Tasks

Your Mission at our place 📌

• Deep Dive: You accompany the entire process from campaign planning to go-live.
• Talent Buddy: You support our management team in the operational care of our talents.
• Negotiator: You learn how to set contracts and negotiate conditions with brands.
• Trend-Scout: You identify new trends, tools and platforms before they become mainstream.
• Analytics: You test results and show us what we can do better.

Qualification

You bring with you 🎓

• Studies: Economics, Communication, Marketing or a comparable field (at least 3 semesters).
• Commitment: You have about 20 hours/week time and enthusiasm for real teamwork.
• Vibe: You have a sense of storytelling and burn for the social media world.
• Skills: You are communicatively strong, have no fear of negotiations and work structured.
• Passion: Ideally, you already have some experience with influencer marketing.
