Kijimea – From research. For your life. Since our founding in 2011, we have pursued a clear vision: We want to leverage the potential of the microbiota (bacteria) in our gut for a longer and healthier life – for everyone.

A first major milestone on this path was achieved in 2013 with the discovery and clinical research of the unique bacterial strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 (Kijimea Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Since then, we have been able to noticeably improve the lives of millions of irritable bowel syndrome patients worldwide. Today, B. bifidum MIMBb75 is one of the most well-researched bacterial strains worldwide. Its effectiveness and unique mechanism of action have been proven and published in numerous clinical studies – including in renowned journals such as The Lancet.

We collaborate with leading research institutions such as Charité Berlin to investigate the connections between the microbiota (bacteria in our gut) and allergies, skin diseases, and mental disorders. In short: we are investigating how the bacteria in our gut influence a longer and healthier life.

Today, we are among the fastest-growing healthcare companies worldwide. We reach our customers through a variety of channels: through direct communication with doctors and pharmacists, as well as print, TV, and digital marketing. Your Mission with Us

Do you want to learn how to successfully implement campaigns and build partnerships with the most exciting influencers in Europe? Then you're in the right place with us!

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in Influencer & Content Creator Marketing, starting immediately, to support our marketing team in further spreading our vision of a healthier and longer life through innovative probiotics. You will work alongside a dynamic and motivated team to further expand our Kijimea brand through authentic influencer collaborations and creative social media campaigns.

Your Tasks

• You will support us in identifying and approaching suitable influencers / content creators.

• You will be in close communication with influencers / content creators, coordinate their content, and maintain existing relationships.

• You will assist in the preparation and execution of negotiations as well as in the creation of cooperation agreements.

• You will work on the development and implementation of creative campaign ideas and help analyze the success of the campaigns (reach, engagement, ROI).

• You will follow current social media trends and contribute your own ideas for future projects.

Your Profile

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable field (e.g., natural sciences or communication sciences).

• You have an affinity for social media and are enthusiastic about influencer marketing – ideally, you have already gained initial experience in marketing or with influencers / creators.

• You are very communicative and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

• You possess a structured and data-driven work approach and a very high degree of conscientiousness.

• You have fluent German (min. C1 level) and good English skills (min. B2 level). Italian language skills are a plus.
