We make baby products! From crawling blankets to sleeping snakes to swaddling blankets, you'll find everything here that makes parents' and babies' hearts beat faster. Our high-quality, sustainable products are handmade under fair conditions in Europe, with great emphasis on ecological materials and short transport routes.

You shoot, edit, post – and want something to come out in the end that doesn't look like advertising. With us, you'll create content for Instagram, our shop, the newsletter, Amazon, and ads: from the initial idea to shooting and editing. Preferably, you'll also be in front of the camera yourself.

You will work directly with Marketing, Product Management, and Management. Short paths, quick decisions. What you suggest in the morning can be online in the afternoon.

Tasks

Your Area of Responsibility

• Reels, product, and explainer videos: idea, script, shooting, editing. You handle the entire process.
• Our Instagram channel: posts, stories, captions, feed, based on our content plan
• Organize photo and video shoots: model calls, coordination, contracts. On the shooting day, you'll pitch in and film.
• Contests and cooperation requests from selection through communication to shipping
• Prepare content for website, newsletter, Amazon, and ads, in coordination with marketing
• Use AI tools for editing, captions, and ideas – you help us get faster with them
• Be in front of the camera and show and explain our products – in reels, videos, stories

Qualifications

What You Should Bring:

• Experience in video editing. CapCut or Canva are sufficient, Premiere and Photoshop are a plus.
• An eye for image, color, and editing
• Instagram is part of your daily life, not new territory: you know which formats are currently popular
• You write fluently and confidently in German (captions, scripts)
• You implement ideas independently, even if everything changes suddenly on the shooting day
• Desire to work with AI tools
• Experience in front of the camera is a clear plus for us: you speak freely and appear as yourself
• Our target group is expectant parents and young families. You don't need to have children yourself for this, just a desire to tell stories for these people.
• Studies in communication, media, marketing, or similar – or comparable practical experience if you're joining part-time
