Working Student (m/f/d) Performance Marketing

As a working student in the field of Performance Marketing, you will support our team in making our digital campaigns successful. You will participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our online marketing activities – from Google Ads and social media to performance analysis. You will coordinate with the Content Marketing team and management.

Tasks

Your tasks will include:

• Management and optimization of Google Ads and Social Media campaigns
• Evaluation and analysis of campaign performance with Google Analytics
• Creation of reports and derivation of improvement suggestions
• Keyword research and optimization of ad texts
• Support with conversion optimization

The tasks are inherently on-site only. This position is not remote. If you do not live in Würzburg but would like to move, please mention this in your application.

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student in business, marketing, media, communication, or a comparable field of study
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA
• First exposure to online or performance marketing
• Interest in digital advertising channels and data-driven work
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of transforming numbers into insights
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Proficiency with common office programs
• Desire to build structures in a young company

Advantageous:

• Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting tools
• Interest in email marketing or marketing automation
