Working Student (m/f/d) in Telephone Real Estate Consulting (20 Hours / Week)

We are looking for working students (m/f/d) to support our team in telephone real estate consulting. No prior experience in real estate consulting? No problem. During the onboarding, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Prior knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.

Your Tasks

• Telephone contact with incoming prospective clients for buying/selling real estate (no cold calling)

• Conducting initial consultations for needs analysis

• Planning and coordinating appointments between prospective clients and our clients

Salary: 1,500 Euros per month (gross) for 20 hours / week

Onboarding phase usually 1-2 months (fully paid)

What You Bring With You

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) and are looking for a working student position

• Initial experience in customer communication or a commercial activity is an advantage, but not strictly required

• You speak fluent German, both spoken and written

• You have a communicative, competent, and enthusiastic demeanor. You find it easy to get people around you excited about something.

• You maintain a confident, self-assured, and composed presence on the phone. For you, conducting conversations at eye level is a matter of course.

• You are characterized by solution-oriented and advisory communication in order to effectively serve customer inquiries.
