Working Student (m/f/d) in Telephone Real Estate Consulting (20 hours / week)

No experience in real estate consulting yet? No problem. During the onboarding process, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Previous knowledge is advantageous, but not necessary.

Your tasks

• Telephone contact with incoming interested parties for buying/selling real estate (no cold calling)

• Conducting initial interviews for needs analysis

• Planning and coordinating appointments between interested parties and our customers

Salary: 1,500 Euros per month (gross) for 20 hours / week

Onboarding phase usually 1-2 months (fully paid)

What you bring with you

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) and are looking for a working student position

• Initial experience in customer communication or a commercial activity is advantageous, but not mandatory

• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken

• You have a communicative, competent and enthusiastic personality. You find it easy to inspire people around you for something.

• You maintain a secure, sovereign and confident demeanor on the phone. For you, it is a matter of course to conduct conversations at eye level.

• You are characterized by solution-oriented and advisory communication in order to effectively handle customer inquiries.
