Student Assistant (m/w/d) in Real Estate Consulting (20 hours/week)

You want to gain practical experience alongside your studies and actively contribute to the success of our customers? We are looking for student assistants (m/w/d) who will support our team in the area of telephone real estate consulting. If you work structured, enjoy communicating with people, and want to take on responsibility, then you're exactly right with us.

No prior experience in real estate consulting? No problem. During the onboarding process, you'll learn everything you need to know to perform your job. Prior knowledge is advantageous but not necessary.

Your tasks

• Telephone contact with incoming inquiries for the purchase/sale of a property (no cold calling)

• Conducting initial conversations to analyze customer needs

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments between interested parties and our customers

Salary: 1,500 Euros per month (gross) for 20 hours/week

Onboarding phase typically 1-2 months (fully paid)

You bring with you

• You're an enrolled student (m/w/d) looking for a work-study position

• First experience in customer communication or a commercial activity is advantageous but not necessarily required

• You speak fluent German in writing and speech

• You possess a communicative, competent, and enthusiastic approach. You find it easy to inspire people around you for something.

• At the phone, you demonstrate your confident, sovereign, and self-assured appearance. For you, it's self-evident to conduct conversations on eye level.

• You're characterized by a solution-oriented and advisory communication style to effectively serve customer inquiries.
