Working Student (m/f/d) Financial Accounting (Focus on Receivables Management)

No experience in receivables management yet? No problem. During your onboarding, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Prior knowledge is advantageous, but not necessary.

Your Tasks

• Monitoring outstanding receivables and ensuring smooth incoming payments

• Communicating with customers by phone and email regarding outstanding invoices and inquiries

• Independently clarifying discrepancies in payment transactions

• Following up on outstanding receivables and documenting them in the system

Salary: 1,500 Euros per month (gross) for 20 hours/week

Onboarding phase usually 1-2 months (fully paid)

What You Bring With You

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) and are looking for a working student position

• Initial experience in customer communication, accounting, or a commercial activity is advantageous, but not mandatory

• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken

• You work in a structured and meticulous way and can keep an overview even with multiple processes

• You present yourself professionally and reliably to customers and can communicate with confidence

• You have a good understanding of numbers and handle sensitive data responsibly and discreetly

• You are characterized by a solution-oriented, pragmatic, and customer-oriented working style
