Student Assistant (m/w/d) Financial Accounting (Focus on Accounts Receivable Management)

Beyond no experience in accounts receivable management? No problem. During the onboarding process, you will learn everything you need to execute your job. Prior knowledge is advantageous but not necessary.

Your Tasks

• Monitoring open accounts and ensuring a smooth payment receipt

• Communication with customers by phone and email regarding open invoices and inquiries

• Self-responsible clarification of discrepancies in the payment process

• Tracking open accounts and documenting them in the system

Salary: 1,500 Euros per month (gross) for 20 hours/week

Onboarding phase typically 1-2 months (fully paid)

You bring with you

• You are a registered student (m/w/d) looking for a work-study position

• First experience in customer communication, accounting or a commercial activity is advantageous but not necessarily required

• You speak fluent German in writing and speech

• You work structured, carefully, and keep track even with multiple tasks

• You present yourself professionally and approachably to customers and can communicate confidently

• You have a good understanding of numbers and handle sensitive data responsibly and discreetly

• You are characterized by a solution-oriented, pragmatic, and customer-oriented working style
