Student/Trainee in the Customer Success Team

Our ERP software maps the central processes of producing companies in the construction industry. The real difference, however, is when these processes actually work in our customers' daily lives.

That's exactly what our Customer Success Team works on.

As a student/trainee, you will support us in making our customers in the German-speaking region and internationally successful – at the interface between technology, processes, and application. You will take on early responsibility and work directly on topics that have a real impact.

Tasks

• You will support the setup and further development of our Customer Success area
• You will create and structure learning materials (e.g. Guided Tours, Wiki contents, videos)
• You will work on preparing and conducting workshops, training sessions, and customer formats
• You will analyze KPIs together with us and lead measures to improve customer success
• You will support the care of our customers – in daily business and during releases
• You will work on structuring and maintaining master data and best practices
• You will help make Customer Success scalable and continuously improve our processes

Qualification

• You are in an advanced study program, e.g. in business, business informatics, construction, engineering, or a comparable field
• Alternatively, you bring a completed or started vocational training with you – ideally in the trades or a practical environment
• You have an interest in business processes and digital systems (especially ERP)
• You think structured, work independently, and have the claim to really understand things
• You enjoy working with customers and explaining complex relationships in a comprehensible way
• You have very good German language skills and can communicate confidently in English
