Student Assistant Real Estate Management (w/m/d)

Job description

Your Tasks:

  • Assuming administrative tasks in the area of rental agreements, including managing deposits and related documents.

  • Creating and reviewing invoices, conducting debt collection, data maintenance with Excel.

  • Coordinating and supervising external service providers (e.g. cleaning, maintenance) to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Supporting the management of rental apartments, including check-in/check-out process.

  • Assisting with all questions for our students regarding rental agreements and organizational matters.

Your Profile:

  • Ongoing studies at a university (matriculated)

  • First practical experiences in real estate management, e.g. through internships, are advantageous

  • Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills

  • High performance readiness, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills

  • Customer- and service-oriented as well as self-reliant working style

  • Meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented approach

  • Driver's license class B is advantageous but not a requirement

The Non-profit Rhine Education Center (GRB) is a provider of various educational programs in the areas of school, university, and vocational training. The goal of all programs is to promote the individual integration success of people with a non-German native language background through comprehensive preparatory measures. The GRB is organized as a non-profit GmbH. The education institutions include the Study College Düsseldorf and the Rhine Academy for Nursing and Health in Leverkusen

At the Study College Düsseldorf, we prepare international students who have obtained a high school leaving certificate in their home country but not recognized in Germany, for the so-called aptitude test. Our language courses at all levels round out the offer and pave the way for the applicants to German universities.
