Working Student in Supplier Sustainability Support (m/f/d)

In this role, you will support suppliers and B2B users with their inquiries, ensure clear communication in German, English, and other languages, and help to further develop support processes. You will gain insights into sustainability, product compliance, and digital supply chain processes, and work in an international team that supports each other and learns together.

• Support for suppliers and B2B users with support inquiries related to our platform
• Written response to inquiries in various languages – clear, careful, and service-oriented
• Identification of recurring questions, operational errors, or process gaps and forwarding relevant insights to the team
• Participation in the further development and documentation of support processes
• Support for digital and AI-supported process improvements
• Flexible contribution where additional capacity is needed in the team

Experience & Professional Focus 

• Current studies at a state-recognized university in Germany
• Availability of 20 hours per week during the lecture period
• Ideally, at least 1.5 more years of study time remaining
• Interest in sustainability, supply chains, ESG, digital platforms, or B2B communication
• Initial practical experience in a B2B environment, SaaS, or with digital tools is a plus, but not a requirement

Technical / Methodological Competencies 

• Proficient use of digital tools and willingness to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to capture information in a structured manner, document it cleanly, and process it reliably
• Meticulous work approach with an eye for linguistic accuracy, clear phrasing, and details
• Initial exposure to AI tools, process automation, or support systems is helpful, but not a must
