Work Student in Recruiting (w/m/d/x)

Your Role

As a Work Student in Recruiting (w/m/d/x), you will support the EMIL Recruiting Team throughout the entire recruiting process for Tech- and Non-Tech profiles. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiter, gaining a comprehensive insight into modern recruiting strategies and the work of a recruiter. In addition to daily business, you will also have the opportunity to participate in smaller projects, independently develop them, and support us in winning the best talents for our team.

What You Can Expect

• Active Sourcing & Talent Identification:
  You identify and actively speak with suitable candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, and support the building of talent pipelines.
• Candidate Experience & Process Guidance:
  You coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey.
• Support in End-to-End Recruiting:
  You accompany the entire recruiting process – from job posting to screening and preparation for interviews.
• Data Maintenance & Tools:
  You work with our applicant management system (Personio), maintain candidate data, and support the evaluation of relevant recruiting key figures.
• Projects & Employer Branding
  You support optimization projects in recruiting as well as initiatives to strengthen our employer brand.
• Sparring with the Senior Recruiter:
  You work closely with experienced recruiters and learn best practices in the talent acquisition environment.

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, psychology, HR, social sciences or a comparable program
• First practical experiences in HR or recruiting are a plus – but not a must
• You enjoy exchanging with people, communicate clearly and professionally, and empathetically
• You work organized, reliable, and bring a proactive hands-on mentality
• Even under time pressure, you are able to prioritize tasks clearly and find pragmatic solutions for them
• You have the desire to join the recruiting of an innovative tech company and take on responsibility from the start
• You possess very good German and English skills
