Work Student in Recruiting (all genders)

Tasks

We are looking for...

a work student in the field of Recruiting (all genders) to support our Recruiting team with an extent of 15–20 hours per week, ideally distributed over 5 days. Your tasks will include:

• Independent execution of the hiring process for interns and work students
• Creation and publication of job postings
• Identification of suitable candidates (e.g. screening CVs)
• Better management and coordination of interviews
• Research on new Recruiting trends
• Evaluation of various data in the Recruiting field, such as KPI analysis, surveys, and forecasts
• Creation of presentations and reports
• Support for the Recruiting team in other tasks and projects

Qualification

You bring...

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills contribute to your success:

• Enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or beginning of a Master's program with contents related to Human Resources
• Interest and availability for a longer cooperation (at least 1 year)
• Prior experience in the mentioned tasks through internships, other activities, projects, etc.
• Able to work independently and self-organized, even in a virtual team
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Power Point, Excel)
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
