Tasks

We are looking...

a student assistant in project management (all gender) for 20 h/Week with the following tasks:

• Support of the Transformation and Project Management Offices (TMO/PMO)-Teams in the backoffice
• Implementation of project controlling and reporting
• Analysis and evaluation of project data
• Creation and maintenance of Excel tools to support project management
• Support during preparation and execution of meetings, presentations, and analyses (including international conferences)
• Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows in project management
• Self-study work on exciting tasks
• Aktive contribution to strengthening our team spirit

Qualification

You bring...

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills contribute to your fit with us:

• Advanced studies in economics, business administration or a comparable field at a German university
• Able to work independently and self-organize, especially in a virtual team
• First practical experiences through other student assistant positions, internships, etc.
• Good mathematical understanding and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of project management is an advantage
• Pleasure in project work, desire for further development
• Very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication-, adaptation-, and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking (C1)
• Interest and availability for a longer collaboration (at least 6 months)
