Working Student in Marketing (m/f/d)

Creative content, a good sense of communication, and a desire for diverse marketing tasks. As a working student in Marketing, you will support our team in creating content, implementing marketing materials, and advancing our various marketing activities. You will gain insights into different disciplines such as MarCom, MarTech, and Paid Media, and can contribute your own ideas. You will work in a varied role, get to know different areas, and gradually take on more responsibility.

• Content & Editorial: You will assist in the creation, revision, and optimization of target-group-specific content for the website, brochures, and social media, and participate in topic research and editorial planning.
• Graphics & Design: You will design and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital advertising materials, contributing your creative ideas.
• Marketing Support: You will support our marketing team with operational and organizational tasks, collaborating with various disciplines such as MarCom, MarTech, and Paid Media.
• Events & Trade Fairs: You will participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of trade fairs, events, and internal events, and assist with on-site implementation.
• Performance & Analysis: You will assist in the evaluation of our content and marketing measures, helping to interpret results and identify optimization potential.

• Current studies in Marketing, Communication, Media Management, Graphic Design, or a comparable degree program.
• Initial experience in writing and revising texts, as well as very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Initial knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, Visme, or Photoshop; experience with CMS systems is a plus.
• A structured, reliable, and careful working style, along with a joy in supporting diverse tasks and marketing areas.
• Creativity, initiative, and a good sense for target-group-specific communication.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and a willingness to pitch in and learn new topics.
• Motivation to develop professionally, try new things, and gradually take on more responsibility.
