What you can expect from us:

• You support administrative HR processes from employee entry to exit
• You create, maintain, and manage personnel records and employee data
• You support in preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
• You maintain our digital personnel files
• You support in applicant management
• You work on on- and offboarding processes
• You support in time recording as well as preparatory tasks for payroll processing
• You handle general organizational and administrative tasks in the HR department
• You work on HR projects and continuous process optimization

What we're looking for:

• You are currently studying with a focus on personnel, economics, business psychology, or comparable fields
• Prior practical experience in human resources, office management, or administrative tasks is desirable
• You have no aversion to administrative tasks and enjoy structured work
• You work carefully, reliably, and independently
• You have a high sense of responsibility and discretion when handling confidential data
• You possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• You have a friendly and professional demeanor as well as excellent teamwork skills
