Tasks

We are looking for... a student assistant in the field of Pharma, Healthcare & Chemicals (all genders) for 20 hours per week with tasks such as:

• Participation in the Industry Core Team Pharma, Healthcare & Chemicals with a clear focus on Sales Enablement
• Support in Sales-Administration and Reporting: CRM-/Salesforce-Pflege und -Auswertung; Erstellung von Forecasts; Erstellung und Versand von Newslettern
• Participation in the preparation of sales materials, marketing materials, and Point-of-Views (PoVs)
• Support for internal and external Sales- and Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
• Organization and Coordination of account meetings, team events, and customer appointments
• Proactive follow-up of action items and support for the team in implementing them on time
• Participation in planning and implementation of Marketing- und Sales-Aktivitäten, such as LinkedIn campaigns, customer events

Qualification

You bring... Leidenschaft and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas and the following skills contribute to your success:

• Enrolled student in the field of economics, business administration or a comparable study program
• Very good MS-Office-Kenntnisse with a high IT-Affinität and the ability to quickly learn IT applications to use them efficiently
• Eigenständige und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise, especially in a virtual team
• Proactive working style for following up on tasks and ensuring timely completion, paired with a Hands-on-Mentalität
• Pleasure in project work, desire for further development
• Very good German- and English-language skills in writing and speaking
