Work Student in the Field of Economics, Marketing or IT Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for work students (m/w/d) in the field of economics, marketing or IT management who will support us in planning, creating and optimizing marketing campaigns as well as internal processes.

Your talent for analyzing data clearly and effectively and deriving sound decisions from it plays a significant role in our market success. Furthermore, you will work with the management team to improve existing processes.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Participation in developing strategies for acquiring new customers

• Support in creating and optimizing advertising campaigns

• Analysis of campaign results and derivation of recommendations for action

• Participation in content planning for social media and other digital channels

• Planning, introduction and optimization of new software solutions & IT processes

• Support in administrative and organizational tasks

Easier entry as a work student: During your onboarding, you will learn everything you need to perform your duties at our company. We will train you with our internal training program, so that you can learn all the necessary skills within a few weeks.

• Studies in business administration (B.Sc./M.Sc.), management (B.Sc./M.Sc.), economics (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a comparable study.

• Structured work approach & precise communication

• Strong analytical and self-reliant thinking

• Precise written expression in German

• Experience in project management

• Ideal experience with software solutions like Zapier, Hubspot, G-Suite, Slack, WordPress, ActiveCampaign (or comparable tools)

• Knowledge in the field of sales and/or online marketing (not necessarily required)
