Working Student in Innovation, New Business & Startups (all people)

• You are in the middle of your studies and want to gain insights into innovation, new business models, and current trends in addition to theory?
• Do you enjoy engaging with new technologies, startups, and developments and finding out what could become relevant for the insurance industry?
• Do you like to research and analyze, think creatively, and want to contribute your own ideas and perspectives?

• You will participate in daily business and projects related to innovation & new business in the insurance industry.
• You will research and analyze current trends, technologies, business opportunities, and market developments and prepare relevant impulses for our projects and formats.
• You will contribute creatively to the development and further development of new ideas and formats - from the initial conception to concrete implementation.
• You will work on our trend radar, research and evaluate new developments, prepare content, conduct plausibility checks, and create accompanying documents.
• You will support the conception, preparation, and execution of workshops, events, and other exchange formats and participate in the creation of presentations and work materials.
• You will prepare findings, trends, and impulses in a target-group-oriented manner and help us to communicate even complex topics in an understandable and appealing way for different communication and exchange formats.
• You will actively participate in our New Players Network and gain exciting insights into the startup and InsurTech scene. You will research new companies and their business models, identify interesting new players, support networking in our startup network, and participate in our pitch and exchange formats.

• You are enrolled at a university, have at least two more semesters ahead of you, and have very good German language skills.
• You are interested in innovation, new technologies, trends, and business models and enjoy engaging with new topics.
• You enjoy researching, can prepare information in a structured and understandable way, and are confident in using common MS Office applications.
• You work independently and conscientiously, are curious, creative, and like to contribute your own ideas.
• You are interested in generative AI and have already gained initial experience with AI tools.
