Working Student in Innovation, New Business & Startups (all people)

• You are in the middle of your studies and would like to gain insights into innovation, new business models, and current trends alongside theory?
• Do you enjoy engaging with new technologies, startups, and developments and figuring out what could become relevant for the insurance industry?
• Do you enjoy researching and analyzing, thinking creatively, and want to contribute your own ideas and perspectives?

• You participate in the daily business and in projects related to Innovation & New Business in the insurance industry.
• You research and analyze current trends, technologies, business opportunities, and market developments and prepare relevant impulses for our projects and formats.
• You creatively contribute to the development and further development of new ideas and formats – from initial conception to concrete implementation.
• You work on our trend radar, research and evaluate new developments, prepare content, conduct plausibility checks, and create supporting documents.
• You support the conception, preparation, and execution of workshops, events, and other exchange formats, and participate in the creation of presentations and work materials.
• You prepare findings, trends, and impulses in a target-group-oriented manner and help us to convey even complex topics in an understandable and appealing way for different communication and exchange formats.
• You actively participate in our New Players Network and gain exciting insights into the startup and InsurTech scene. You will research new companies and their business models, identify interesting new players, support networking in our startup network, and participate in our pitch and exchange formats.

• You are enrolled at a university, have at least two more semesters ahead of you, and have very good German language skills.
• You are interested in innovation, new technologies, trends, and business models and enjoy dealing with new topics.
• You enjoy researching, can process information in a structured and understandable way, and are proficient with common MS Office applications.
• You work independently and conscientiously, are curious, creative, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
• You are interested in generative AI and have already gained initial experience with AI tools.
