Working Student in Academy (m/f/d) up to 20 hours per week starting immediately

an exciting work environment with diverse areas of responsibility in our further education platform, the DGNB Academy:

• Preparation and support of events (in-person, digital, or on-demand offerings)
• Support in the design and quality assurance of training materials (PowerPoint, text, and video content) as well as coordination with DGNB trainers regarding the content of training offerings
• Management, entry, and processing of data of DGNB certification experts via the CRM system
• Support in the selection and preparation of event locations
• Accompanying and follow-up of examinations via DGNB university partners on the fundamentals of sustainable building
• Support in handling customer inquiries and providing advice
• Depending on aptitude, specialization in different areas is possible

You are an enrolled student in the field of adult education, sustainability management, media education, business administration, architecture, or civil engineering, or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have initial practical experience in event management or adult education.

In addition, you are

• motivated to be in customer contact and to be in contact with DGNB trainers
• interested in the training and further education offerings on sustainable building and sustainable real estate management
• proficient in using common office programs
• willing to familiarize yourself with CRM, examination software, and MS Office tools (Forms, Planner) or have initial experience with them
• able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• well-organized, reliable, and you value working independently
