Working Student in Asset Management Energy (m/f/d)

The CURRENTA GROUP is looking for you for the Energy Business Unit. The Asset Management team at CURRENTA manages central process engineering and electrical systems – including power plants, water treatment plants, electrical distribution networks, and compressor plants. As a Working Student in Asset Management Energy, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Together with us, you will further develop processes in the business units – from the criticality analysis of our plants and the resulting maintenance processes, to availability reporting, and project management.

• You are interested in one of these subject areas and would like to support us in evaluating data in a structured manner, creating target-group-specific dashboards, and accelerating processes through digitalization.

• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with modern digitalization solutions, including the use of AI, and independently developing new concepts together with end-users from the business units, digitalization experts, and experienced asset managers. This includes, for example:

  • Power BI dashboards for management and business units

  • AI-supported process analyses and knowledge databases

  • Automation of recurring evaluations and reports

  • Development of prototypes with Microsoft Copilot or the Power Platform

• You are pursuing a degree, ideally in a STEM field, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Process Engineering, or a comparable degree program, and are in advanced Bachelor's or Master's studies.

• You already have practical experience with low-code/no-code applications, programming languages, data analysis, or AI, e.g., with Grafana, Copilot, Python, or Power BI.

• Initial exposure to industrial companies is an advantage.

• You enjoy connecting real plant environments with data-driven methods and actively developing, presenting, and establishing new solution approaches.
