Work Student Human Resources (m/w/d)

In this context, we are looking for a work student (m/w/d) for the Human Resources department.

If so, you're in the right place! You are studying business administration, psychology, economics or a related field and would like to gain first-hand experience in HR? Then we're looking forward to having you on board! As a work student (m/w/d) in the HR team, you will support us with a broad range of personnel administrative tasks and gain deep insights into daily HR work.

Your role at our company

• Support in recruiting – from job posting to candidate management

• Drafting employment contracts, work and interim certificates, and attestations

• Preliminary preparation of onboarding documents and welcome processes

• Maintenance of personnel data records and HR systems

• Preparation of reports and evaluations

• Participation in HR projects, e.g. in the area of personnel development or cultural themes

• Research on current HR trends and best practices

This is what you can expect:

• A steep learning curve in the HR department – hands-on, no theory nonsense

• Much autonomy for “your” topics

• Working on-site (at least 3 days a week) at our new Frankfurt office in the city center, with one day per week remote possible

• A team that challenges you, supports you and gives honest feedback

• Enrolled studies, ideally in business administration, psychology, economics or a related field

• First experiences in HR (e.g. through internships) of advantage, but not a must-have

• Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Discretion and care in handling sensitive personnel data

• Communication skills, flexibility and a structured work approach

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
