Tasks

• Support in the entire recruiting process (job postings, candidate management, scheduling coordination)
• Maintenance of candidate and employee data in our HR systems
• Support in the daily business of HR Operations (contracts, certifications, work certificates)
• Participation in onboarding processes
• Support in HR projects and administrative tasks

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, economics, psychology, HR, social sciences or comparable (matriculation certificate required)
• Interest in recruiting, HR processes, and personnel work
• Structured, reliable, and discreet working style
• Excellent communication skills, openness, and friendliness
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
• Excellente German language skills
