Working Student HSEQ (m/f/d)

To support our growing HSEQ team at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for you as a Working Student HSEQ (m/f/d).

• You will independently manage the internal environmental and occupational safety training tools.
• You will independently implement projects within your area of expertise.
• You will work with the team on the creation of processes, documents, templates, etc.
• You will support the maintenance of our management systems.
• You will support and work with us on inspections of our operational sites and construction sites.
• You will create a data basis for life cycle assessments and for reporting our GRI indicators.
• You will support the investigation of occupational accidents and safety incidents.
• You will help implement measures to prevent future incidents.

• You are currently studying, preferably in a technical field (diploma/master/bachelor), and have initial overlaps with occupational and environmental protection topics.
• You have very good skills in using Microsoft Office. Initial experience with Power Automate would be optimal.
• You enjoy questioning existing methods and developing solutions.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
