Tasks
We'll make you an integral part of our HR team from day one. You'll support us in our daily business, take on your own areas of responsibility, and learn all central HR processes. Variety, learning curves, and genuine co-creation included.
- Support in HR daily business, e.g., creating employment contracts, certificates, post-processing, and general administrative tasks
- Maintenance and management of personnel files – carefully, structured, and always up to date
- Participation in absenteeism management, including recording and documenting absences, illness, etc.
- Support in applicant management = from the first review of applications to coordinating interviews
- Organization and accompaniment of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Active participation in introducing a new HR system – a unique and exciting highlight with learning factor
- Closer exchange and collaboration with the team in various HR projects and exciting special topics
Qualification
