These tasks are waiting for you

Recruiting is your focus - but you're integrated into all relevant HR topics:

• Active Sourcing & Recruiting - Find new talents actively on LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, and other platforms - and develop creative ideas on how we can become more visible as an employer.
• Begleitung des Employee Lifecycles - Support from the first day to departure: onboarding, ongoing employee support, and offboarding - with a focus on the entire HR process.
• HR-Administration & Dokumentenmanagement - Creation of work certificates, contracts, and other legally relevant documents, as well as taking over administrative tasks such as provision calculations for payroll.
• Organisatorische Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft - Term coordination, general correspondence, and organizational tasks - so that the People & Culture Team can maintain its focus.
• Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten - Bring your own ideas actively into specific HR management projects and really shape our People & Culture.

Qualification

• Studies in economics, business education, business psychology, or comparable, ideally with a focus on personnel management
• First practical experiences in the recruiting field, e.g., through internships or work student activities
• Secure handling of MS Office, knowledge of a personnel tool is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style and organizational talent
• Excellent team and communication skills, as well as empathy
• Engagement and passion for the HR field, and joy in taking on responsibility
