Working Student HR Recruiting Specialists & Executives (m/f/d)

The CURRENTA GROUP is looking for you for our recruiting team.

As a Working Student* HR Recruiting Specialists & Executives, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will support the team in the recruitment of qualified specialists and executives.

• You will review and evaluate incoming application documents, create and publish job advertisements.

• You will independently handle communication with candidates and our internal specialist departments.

• You will maintain the applicant management system, coordinate interviews, and also have the opportunity to accompany job interviews.

• You will participate in projects in the areas of recruiting and employer branding.

• You are a currently enrolled student in the field of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or comparable, and will support us with up to 20 hours per week, initially limited to 1 year.

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the recruiting environment.

• You have a strong interest in advancing our HR and recruiting topics with us.

• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner in the home office, but the commute to CHEMPARK Leverkusen is also not a problem for you.

• You are characterized by reliable and independent work methods and are strong in communication and service-oriented

Note:

The salary indication is based on a 20-hour work week in part-time and depends on the degree level (Bachelor / Master). An increase in hours is possible during lecture-free periods.
