Working Student HR – Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Imagine it's your first day as a working student in HR at ABRIO. Your team welcomes you warmly, your onboarding is prepared, and you get to know your new colleagues during a joint team lunch. Soon, you will be helping to inspire other talents for ABRIO.

As a digital commerce consultancy from Frankfurt, we support leading brands in their digital growth. In the People & Culture team, you will help shape how we attract suitable people, support new colleagues, and make our employer brand tangible.

You will apply your knowledge from your studies, gain practical experience in recruiting and human resources management, and take on your own tasks after your induction. • Talent Acquisition – finding and inspiring suitable people: Through your support in applicant management and active sourcing, you will gain exciting insights into the world of recruiting. You will identify suitable talents and develop creative outreach concepts.

• Talent Management – supporting our colleagues: You will support our people processes from onboarding to offboarding. You will help prepare the onboarding of new colleagues, organize information clearly, and ensure reliable organizational processes.

• Employer Branding – making ABRIO tangible as an employer: Whether it's campaigns, employee testimonials, or new benefits – with your flair for strong ideas, you will make our employer brand shine.

• Culture & Feel Good – co-creating collaboration: You will be involved in the planning and execution of internal and external events and create concepts that promote our team spirit and strengthen our employer brand.

IT'S A MATCH, PROVIDED YOU...

• are enrolled and are at least in your third semester of your studies – for example, in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Human Resources Management, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable degree program.

• can support our team with 16–20 hours per week and are looking forward to working in our Frankfurt office and from home.

• are motivated and eager to learn and want to quickly familiarize yourself with exciting, responsible tasks, or ideally have already gained initial experience in HR, recruiting, or employer branding.

• are an organizational talent, have a knack for creative recruiting ideas, and are keen to engage with the topic of employer branding and strengthen our employer brand.

• bring an independent and structured way of working and describe yourself as approachable and empathetic.

• are proficient in the common MS Office applications and enjoy working digitally.

• have very good German and good English language skills.
