Aufgaben

We are looking for a Werkstudenten im Bereich HR Operations (all genders) for 10-16 hours per week as support for our team in the following tasks and HR projects:

• Support in the operational daily business of the HR-Administration entlang des Employee Lifecycles, especially at Eintritten, Austritten und Vertragsänderungen (part-time, parental leave, sabbaticals etc.)
• Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie digitalen Personalunterlagen in Personio
• Erstellung und Pflege von HR-Dokumenten, Vorlagen, Checklisten sowie Auswertungen
• Pflege and updating of the HR-Intranet
• Support in Payroll-Prozessen, e.g. maintenance of absence or time data
• Support in Mitarbeitenden-Benefits, Bonus- und Gehaltsrunden as well as modern HR technologies like Künstlicher Intelligenz

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Eingeschrieben at a German university in the advanced Bachelor or beginning Master program with contents of personnel work
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in the mentioned tasks through internships, university projects or similar
• Arbeitserfahrung with common HR-software is advantageous
• Interest and availability for a longer cooperation (at least 1 year)
• Very good MS-Office-Kenntnisse (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Eigenständige und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise, even in a virtual environment
• Very good Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in word and writing
